PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use and store the Contact Information that you provide to help us communicate with you only in the spirit by which you provide it. Example: If you contact Border.Digital with an enquiry, you will not subscribe you to email newsletters. In order to receive any newsletters from us, you will need to subscribe directly or ask to subscribe AND complete our opt-in process (automatic, via email) prior to any information being activated.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may be required to share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a legal request, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
